As per the show's IMDB page, the miniseries will "investigate the wild, terrible and dubious life and vocation of heavyweight champion Mike Tyson."

 Tyson is played by Trevante Rhodes, who featured in the Academy Award-winning film "Evening glow." The series is set to air on August 25.
